Provides staff with career development, counseling, performance appraisals with support of supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Leads and motivate staff. Responsible for adherence to corporate departmental policies, procedures and standards (including design and coding standards).<\/li>\n<li>Inputs to budget process.
